Program Description
Starter Pack is a 6-week beginner-level program to build a base of fitness. This program focuses on developing strength, endurance, mobility, and flexibility.
Starter Pack will help you establish a habit of exercise, providing you with a video to follow every day. Starter Pack is a mixed program that includes bodyweight training and incorporates the use of resistance bands and dumbbells. This program can be completed 100% at home.
This program provides three workouts each week and includes stretch/corrective routines for the other days. The program is 100% video (99% follow-along and one tutorial). Each workout and stretch routine will take you about 30 minutes or less to complete.
All workouts include warm-ups, core exercises, and cool-down routines.
